Investisseurs & Partenaires announced its tenth deal in Senegal last week, backing a sanitation and construction business in the West African country on behalf of I&P Afrique Entrepreneurs 2. The business being backed is Delta SA, a 20-year-old business launched by Léna Tall. How much the 80 million fund is investing in opportunity has not been disclosed, but the fund’s typical investments range up to €5 million.

Delta will use the capital to expand regionally. As is common with all their investments, I&P will work closely with the firm’s management team to improve their governance processes, boost their technical and organizational capacity, as well as advise on their expansion goals. Delta has a significant contract with Senegal’s national sanitation department to maintain and manage parts of Dakar’s sanitation network.
