LeapFrog Investments has hired Julie Wallace as Head of Impact. She joins the leading impact investment firm from Standard Chartered where she’d worked for nearly 15 years, the last 10 of which she’d been the bank’s Global Head of Sustainability and Community Engagement.

In her new role, Wallace is responsible for working closely with LeapFrog’s investment teams to drive impact across their deal processes as well as building on the investor’s market-leading reputation for impact measurement and management and innovating to help LeapFrog’s investors be successful in achieving their impact and financial return goals. As part of that objective, she’ll work on expanding the adoption and utility of FIIRM, LeapFrog’s proprietary impact measurement framework tool, helping to boost the firm’s contribution to poverty reduction and support for a Just Transition for low-income consumers.
